Some Mashed-Up Xbox 360 Shit!

Ripped Off: Again!?

April 23rd, 2010 | Category: Design, Electronics, Packaging, Photography

Man…what’s going on in this world. Does anyone have integrity anymore? Everyone’s looking for something for nothing, and nobody wants to work. Here’s *another* example… We send a package to our contact in China, who gives it to a printer. Then without out permission, they copy our files, and use them as they see fit. In this case, they just took a photo. At least, that’s all I’ve seen so far. I’m sure the design was also bootlegged. See below. That’s Kasia my co-worker at Sentry… I took that photo. Now, its popping up in packang in China.

Here’s the original edited photo as seen on our package.

Here’s a PDQ display with the ripped-off photo! Nice, right!?

My boss just returned from the Canton Fair and he said many of the major headphone companies had copies of our designs in their booths. Nice! Al Jourgensen was right… People really are thieves!

Knocked-Off…AGAIN?!

December 15th, 2009 | Category: Design, Electronics, Packaging

Mine…above. The original Sentry branded “MetaliX” earbuds.

Theirs…what scum bags! These are selling in Los Angeles and were picked up by a Sentry rep in that region. They even had the nerve to use our model number! I’ll find them and the factory that ran the goods!
